Bear Homes, LLC is seeking an energetic and professional person as a New Homes Sales Consultant for a reputable and stable single family home builder in Southeast Wisconsin. This salesperson will be responsible for generating leads through multiple sources and managing the sales process from start to finish.

The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time:

–  Greet Customers in one of our designated model homes
–  Present the features of the home and explain benefits of building with Bear Homes
–  Work through online leads
–  Prospect for new clients by doing open houses, working model and networking
–  Solicit area realtor offices to represent Bear Homes
–  Schedule appointments with potential customers and realtors
–  Meet with potential clients and explain various standard house plans and discuss pricing
–  Work up proposals for clients with assistance from estimator
–  Prepare necessary paperwork to complete sale with client
–  Keep client informed throughout construction process
–  Assist in marketing strategies and implementation

Ideal Qualifications:
–  Two (2) years experience in new homes sales or similar experience
–  Weekend availability is required
–  High School Diploma
–  Highly motivated
–  Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
–  Strong follow up skills
