The craftsmanship was outstanding, especially the painting, trim-work, electrical, and plumbing work. I was pleased with the selection of finishes and with the overall outcome. The work has been outstanding, and any issues have been dealt with promptly. The only concern we have had was with the landscape company they use; they have been difficult to contact and work with, but again, Bear has been great in helping us find a landscaper that works with us in a way that we are happy.
